With the war in Ukraine ongoing, Vietnamese people are divided more than ever - even within the Communist Party

Image
As the war in Ukraine unfolded, the situation became increasingly precarious and tense. For this reason, we are also seeing a massive wave of uncertain, divided sentiment among Vietnamese population. That division definitely helped by the fact that, as globalisation grows, so do are the public perceptions. And yet this division is something that would surprise me the most. Probably, this is the biggest and most important change ever occur among Vietnamese society, a society formerly closed off to the world. While it is fair to say the change won't accelerate quickly, it is a good sign for Vietnamese people to stand up with what it believed to be, the truth. So, what are we getting here now? Within the Communist Party, the power lies entirely on the conservative, pro-Russian personnel. That was due to their education, previously occurred in the Soviet Union, played a significant role on how they run their regime. A divided national team - how Peruvian national team becomes affected by the 2021 Peruvian election?

Image
The Peruvian election poll has come to a stand-still, with the extreme left Pedro Castillo of Peru Libre only gains a marginal lead over the extreme right Keiko Fujimori of Fuerza Popular. In a country where the influence of the Fujimori family remains deep in the society, this could evoke an emotional riot across Peru, notably among the conservatives. And in this group of pro-Fujimori people, also include surprise packets: nearly half of the senior members of the Peruvian national team dedicated their tacit backup for the Fujimori candidate. Then followed Carlos Zambrano, Jefferson Farfán, Pedro Gallese, Luis Advín...

When the conflict in Gaza broke out, it appeared that most Arab countries would state solidarity with Palestinian people, in line with the majority of the Muslim world. Yes, it is. The Arab states have to love, defend and respect Palestine, no? Well, if you're not a Palestinian, nor even an Arab who have insight about the Arab states, then it will be a problem. Actually, the reaction between Arab nations do not show any sight about unity - it is rather, a conflicted, if not saying deeply sectarian situation among the Arab states. But why Arab countries are unable to find a common solution? And how does it affect its status? Palestinians burning portrait of UAE leader Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in 2018. Unfortunately, relations between the Palestinians and other Arab nations are not so wealthy. There is a deep disgust and resentment against the other Arab entities from the Palestinians, a tribute to the infamous Arab-Israeli War of 1947. Before Israel became a nation like today, t...
